Let me just say... good. While the "Tactical" title is kind of goofy, you have to admit that anything that will make a serviceman... um... er... "Servicewoman" more comfortable is a good thing.
No one would think twice if an article came out about the armed forces fielding a better and more comfortable combat boot or pack.
Sooo... two things:
1) If it makes female service members (and the inevitable odd dude) more comfortable then rock on with the new tactical bras.
2) Except for in rare instances, service members will buy their own bras just as they do the rest of their uniforms.
