What Is DEI and Why Is It Under Attack? (msn.com)
DEI is a scam used to hire less qualified employees based upon race, gender or imaginary gender. It is a vehicle used to get minority (mostly Blacks if we're honest) into more positions regardless of merit, qualifications, etc.
Racist hiring and application processes are wrapped in "Anti-racism," diversity and the all important... equity.
In reality, DEI is nothing but racist hiring with an emphasis in lowering standards, dumbing down curriculums, bypassing those with merit and competence along with adding quotas to support the rotted system of DEI.
You're either hiring the best that you can find or you're not. It's that simple.
I challenge you to cite examples of DEI hiring that didn't have some lowered standards or quota scams attached.
What's amazing is that the same people that understand that DEI fails in athletics support it entirely in hiring an engineer building a bridge or a mechanic rebuilding the landing gear of a passenger jet.
Thus is the widespread stupidity in 2024 American society.
