The pepper and condom deliveries were pretty amusing but let's be honest. If Austin and Miley were running a similar operation today then you would probably still expect the condom deliveries along with a few tomes on CRT in lieu of food, ammo or fuel.
As for Joe Biden, he would no doubt be too busy cashing checks from China or being led around the White House lawn by the Easter Bunny to worry about the troops.
