Failed Liberal Run City

 I'm always torn whether to describe Liberalism as a cancer or a mental illness. The English language really needs a term that encompasses both.

Regardless, it's not hard to find examples of Liberal run cities across the USA. Instead of being beacons of tolerance, safety, cleanliness, and showing a commitment to educating students these cities are dirty, crime ridden, mismanaged, high taxing, and fail students. 

Why is this the case in cities such as San Fran, Baltimore, Chicago, etc. when Liberals run everything from the culture to the Mayor's office? You could say the same thing for the state of CA. 

When Liberals have control over an area, it turns to garbage.
