Yeah, I don't care if the guy rebuilding the wheel assembly on the plane that I'm flying on is competent. I just want his company to have a really good ESG score.
The same thing for the staff of the ER when I eventually go in for a heart attack. I want the hospital to have a wonderful ESG score instead of hiring the best and brightest in the community.
