1) IMO, the DEI field isn't going to attract the best and brightest from across America. It's more likely to attract the slow, lazy and those that can't make it in the STEM fields. I doubt that the standards are very high or if there is much math needed for a degree in DEI.

2) The cost is unreal and the payoff is non existent. 

3) When you pay millions in salaries and the average wage is almost $100k then something has to be produced. The cost has to be justified. I believe that if there's not enough racism on a college campus (filled with Liberals) then someone will have to Jussie Smollet up a few claims per year to keep the DEI cash cow going.

4) It's funny, there's few places less likely to need large groups of people battling (anti BIPOC) racism than college campuses filled Liberal young people. Sure, they'll be many anti White and antisemitic students but the DEI commissars aren't going to fight against THAT racism.
