Maryland is keeping the Bar Exam but dumbing it down for "Diversity."
My question is what kind of service will these new lawyers provide when the standards had to be lowered in order to let them into the profession?
People will be relying upon them for divorces, custody hearings and perhaps cases involving jail time. Who wants an attorney that needed the Bar dumbed down so that he/she could pass?
