Daniel Penny's Fate Decided

Let me sum up what I've read about this case. Penny is a totally boring fellow. We know this because if the media could find ANYTHING controversial about him then we'd have heard of it. If he shared an off color joke, posted an "Offensive" meme or ever done anything that they could blow up... they'd have done so. It's not like he took down 10 years of social media posts immediately before or after the event.

Apparently, there is not even a former coworker that's willing to (sort of) go on record saying that Penny disliked Black people. I thought that Liberals had a full rolodex of these guys/gals willing to anonymously come forward with allegations of rape, racism, homophobia or sexism. Did Kamala break the bank and they can't afford their "Anonymous sources" anymore.

If Penny was roaming the streets of America playing vigilante Batman then he's managed to keep it well hidden.

But let's discuss Neely. We've all heard about the over 40 arrests some of which were for felonies. We've heard about him trying to kidnap a 7 year old and assaulting an elderly woman. The broken bones are known about to those that don't self censor their news. Most of us know that there was a warrant out for his arrest when he died in that subway car. Hell, I'd say a good number of Americans even know that he "Aged out" of the foster care system and was homeless (where was today's concerned family?)

But what isn't as well known is that some in that subway car said that the smell of "Soiled sweatpants" followed Jordan Neely into that car. Put aside how terrified some of the passengers have said they were while listening to Neely's rant.

Three guys (White, Black and Latino) were willing to wrestle an out of his mind homeless guy to the ground and restrain him in a majority Liberal anti self defense city like NYC. Neely was bad enough that they were willing to risk arrest and jail time for trying to defend others. This is with the horribly racist (IMO) Alvin Bragg District Attorney's office.

Let's go one step further. Neely was said to have brought a "Soiled sweatpants" funk onto the subway car with him? I take that to mean ball sweat, BO, piss and/or $h!t odors. Three guys thought that he was insane enough to roll around on the subway floor (as if that isn't bad enough) with this guy in spite of the filth?

Somehow, against all odds, Penny got the right verdict.
