Not at all surprising.

I have a question. As Black people move further and further away from other Black and spread out across the state, how are we supposed to redraw districts in order to preserve their voting bloc?

Is the district supposed to look like some kind of starfish or spaghetti monster in order to preserve their voting power as they move away from their own?

Just something to consider.
