ICE filed a detainer on Raul Genesis Ortiz Moran with local law enforcement & they honored the detainer and handed him over to ICE. Moran is now charged with second degree murder and aggravated sexual assault. He entered the U.S. illegally as a gotaway at an unknown time & location." / X
