It doesn't matter how stupid her comments are, or how inaccurate. It does not matter that Biden killed off the Keystone Pipeline and has done everything possible to limit American oil production. He is directly responsible for the current price increases, but again, it doesn't matter in regards to this clip.
The Energy Secretary gave empty heads a clever line to repeat to each other or babble at those that disagree with Biden's energy policy. That was her purpose in this interview.
