The age information is news to me. Once in a while, I'll come across an article or video about how Whites have more wealth (and more generational wealth passed on) than Black families. I've always known that Whites are more likely to be married which greatly helps to increase a family's wealth. I did not, however, know about the average age of each group. That explains a lot of the wealth gap.
