He falsified business records by noting his legal expenses as "Legal expenses."
The prosecution never told us what the records should have been recorded as. I guess it doesn't matter when you bring the trial to a place where voters cast a ballot for Dems at a 94% rate and the judge's family makes a living from Democrats.
