As for Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, he is not a DEI hire. The mostly Black city of Baltimore elected a Black mayor to do the same thing that all of the other Black mayors have done such as ignore failing schools, enable high crime and scream racism whenever anyone mentions the city's broken culture. He has all of the merit and competence that's expected of a Baltimore mayor.
