There was a lot of gibberish crammed into this video.
1) Yes, young people enjoy leaving home and having someone else pay for them to smoke pot, drink and have sex with those of their own age in a dorm. Surprise.
2) Older people may like having other old people living around them in a subdivision but that doesn't mean that they have any other "Communal" traits.

3) Who in the Hell wants a bunch of strangers in their community helping to raise their kids? You do know that probably about 10% of America has mental problems or some form of substance abuse issues? Then there's the fact that 15% of the nation has an IQ under 85. Don't get me started on the groomers in rodeo clown makeup and ball gowns going into the schools. Too many people involved in child care or teaching are in it for the indoctrination instead of the kids.
