Creating Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Workplaces is Everyone’s Job
I've heard a lot of vague generic kumbayaa BS regarding DEI over the years but when it comes time to implement it the story never changes... lower standards, set quotas and forget about merit.
I have never heard anyone say, "We're implementing DEI standards and the testing will be harder, more qualifications will be needed and we'll be looking for the best overall candidate."
It never happens.
