Hmm... let's compare.
Penny apparently has no history of violence, hate, vigilantism or even harsh language. If it existed the media would have posted it and blown it out of proportion.
On the other hand, Neely is reported to have 42 arrests and having done everything from trying to kidnap a child to assaulting the elderly. But the only thing that gets mentioned by the MSM is that he's a Michael Jackson impersonator.
