Ah... but the thing of it is that this claim gives a jury of his "Peers" a reason to set him free at a later date and also gives MN investigators some BS to quote when ignoring possible fraud or performing a substandard investigation.
We see something similar with non stop claims of assaults and tales of "But he said the N-word."
