You know we all make mistakes now and then when speaking in public, but this was a scripted and rehearsed message that Biden has used in the past. The guy has been in politics for almost a half century. He doesn't have much that's new to say, yet he can't even hold it together for 60 seconds to make an add.
There's too many videos out there of Biden looking lost and befuddled. If Joe is elected in November then I don't know who will be running the country but I really doubt that it will be him.
