Portland protesters beat driver unconscious after crashing truck near Black Lives Matter rally

I have a question. How often does a group have to be violent before you can call them a violent organization or domestic terrorists? What is the definition of terrorism? It's using violence and fear to push a political agenda. Does this sound like anyone that you might know?

I had to listen to someone tell me that BLM was not a hate group. She acted like we were discussing the Little Sisters Of The Poor instead of a group that is routinely associated with violent acts, destruction and looting.

So I'll ask again. How often does a group's rallies have to turn violent before we simply say that they are a hate group or domestic terrorists? What percentage of a rally has to be violent before we're allowed to claim that it's a riot and not a protest?
