The answer to that question is yes. Most Americans know little about the NDAA, but you can be detained indefinitely without even seeing a judge or having a trial. Ron Paul supporters and a few Tea Partiers are the only ones that really know anything about this.
I'm far from an expert on this topic. I'll let you view the video that I linked to below. The gentleman that made the vid is a far better spokesman on the topic than I could ever be.
As we look at our current environment in regards to guns and gun bans, it's worth asking exactly what power our government has over us.
